Abstract As a common food additive, excessive nitrite poses great threat to human health, and monitoring its content in products is of importance for healthy diet. Currently, the detection primarily focused on fresh dishes, there lack research variations different foods under various storage conditions. In this study, we cascaded nanozyme catalysis with diazotization reaction developed ratiometric colorimetric assay dynamically analyze leftovers. First, nanoscale MnFe 2 O 4 was synthesized as an oxidase mimic catalyze colorless 3,3 ′ ,5,5 ‐tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) oxidation blue TMBox. Then, process produced TMBox took place stimulation nitrite, lowering ultraviolet‐visible absorption signal (652 nm) assigned simultaneously generating new at 445 nm ascribed diazotized Thus, method could be constructed based above reversed two signals high‐selectivity determination, providing linear range 1.76–180 μM limit 0.12 μM. By employing established monitor products, it found that overnight leftovers higher than presenting increasing trend time. addition, potential impacts factors dynamics were investigated, some implications preservation daily consumption.

Biothiols play essential roles in maintaining normal physiological functions, resisting oxidative stress, and protecting cell health. Establishing an effective reliable sensor array for the accurate quantification discrimination of diverse biothiols is extremely meaningful. In this work, Ag/Mn3O4, Ag3PO4, Ag3Cit with excellent oxidase-mimetic activity surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-enhanced features have been prepared loaded onto Whatman filter paper (WFP) to build SERS chips as three sensing channels, which can induce 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) oxidation SERS-active reporters (TMBox) concurrently generate prominent signals. Nevertheless, addition suppress conversion from TMB TMBox, cause reduction signal TMBox. Interestingly, each channel different TMBox signals' variations due differences inhibition abilities exclusive properties chip, be plotted specific fingerprint patterns biothiol further translated into intuitive two-dimensional (2D) clustering profiles through linear discriminant analysis (LDA) hierarchical cluster (HCA) techniques precise identification these six minimum concentration 1 μM. More importantly, exploited intracellular glutathione (GSH), differentiate between cancer cells based on GSH contents even identify types tumor cells, demonstrating its powerful application prospects disease diagnosis.

Abstract Ensuring an appropriate nitrite level in food is essential to keep the body healthy. However, it still remains a huge challenge offer portable and low‐cost on‐site analysis without any expensive equipment. Herein, integrated electrochemical sensing system (IESS) developed achieve rapid detection food, which composed of disposable microfluidic patch for few‐shot detection, reusable smartphone‐assisted electronic device based on self‐designed circuit board signal processing wireless transmission. The MXene‐Ti 3 C 2 T x /multiwalled carbon nanotubes‐cyanocobalamin (MXene/MWCNTs‐VB 12 )‐modified working electrode achieves high sensitivity 10.533 µA m −1 low limit 4.22 µ owing strong electron transfer ability hybrid MXene/MWCNTs conductive matrix selectivity VB bionic enzyme‐based ion‐selective layer. Moreover, IESS can rapidly collect pending testing samples through within 1.0 s conduct immediate analysis, then wirelessly transmit data from signal‐processing smartphone via Bluetooth module. Consequently, this proposed demonstrates transmission one palm‐sized device, would pave new avenue safety personal bespoke therapy.
