Timely detection is pivotal in managing these owing to their significant impact on organ function high mortality rates. Traditional approaches have focused identifying biomarkers using imaging techniques (PET MRI) or invasive procedures. However, recent efforts use metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), versatile class materials known unique properties, revolutionizing disease detection. porosity, customizable structures, biocompatibility MOFs enable integration biomolecules, laying groundwork highly sensitive specific biosensors. These sensors been employed electrochemical photophysical that target species under neurodegenerative conditions. adaptability allows precise quantification proteins, offering potential advancements early diagnosis management.
