To
further
enhance
the
performance
of
GaN-based
thin-film
flip-chip
light-emitting
diodes
(TFFC-LEDs),
we
designed
and
fabricated
two
sets
high-power
blue
chips
with
conventional
reflective
current-blocking
layers
(CBL)
The
CBL
is
composed
SiO
2
,
whereas
consists
a
distributed
Bragg
reflector
(DBR).
We
systematically
characterized
their
optoelectronic
performance.
results
indicate
that
at
an
injection
current
350
mA,
light
output
power
(LOP)
external
quantum
efficiency
(EQE)
TFFC-LEDs
increased
by
4.9%
5.7%,
respectively,
compared
to
CBL.
TFCalc
simulation
reflectivity
reached
99.15%.
TracePro
demonstrate
can
effectively
light-extraction
chip.
believe
structure
provides
significant
guidance
for
fabrication
high-efficiency
LEDs.
