Covid-19 has challenged many businesses to orient themselves towards digital solutions for their survival. Due the rising wave during Covid-19, there been a plethora of opportunities aspiring entrepreneurs enter market. Hence, this study focuses on understanding emerging areas and technologies entrepreneurship. This adopted qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews through lens diffusion innovations theory. A total 23 responded presented views Covid-19-induced structured process open, axial, selective coding was thematic analysis. The presents framework based four promising propositions. Results analysis indicate emergence entrepreneurship in technology (EdTech, FinTech, cybersecurity), healthcare (diagnostics, virtual care, fitness), entertainment (over top, gaming, social media), e-commerce (contactless delivery, payment methods, augmented reality). Abstract OpenAI's ChatGPT, an advanced AI-driven language model, is experiencing rapid adoption, with 100 million users in just three months. This study, involving 288 university students, aims to identify factors determining students' intentions use ChatGPT higher education, using Rogers' perceived theory of attributes as a framework. The study examines five influencing adoption: Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Ease Use, Observability, and Trialability. Results indicate that significantly influenced adoption. Students view it innovative, compatible, user-friendly. innovative resource, enabling the independent pursuit educational goals. Consequently, benefits provided by education motivate students utilize tool. study's gender-based analysis reveals male prioritize compatibility, ease use, observability, while female prefer relative advantage, trialability Our presents sentiment approach utilizing transfer learning K-means, considering impact personal bias on expressed opinions. While K-means algorithm can create distinct clusters (Neutral, Negative, Positive), accuracy demonstrates towards gender. Understanding adopter categories, such innovators early adopters, help strategize successful diffusion innovations like different segments society. However, its academia raises ethical concerns, diminished creativity academic integrity violations.
