Aortic aneurysm is one of the causes cardiovascular disease-related death, posing a significant challenge to global healthcare. The study aims assess global, regional, national burden, trend, inequalities aneurysm. aneurysm-associated mortality, disability-adjusted life-years (DALYs), age-standardized mortality rate (ASMR), (ASDR), their average annual percentage change (AAPC) were estimated based on population-based study, Global Burden Diseases, Injuries, Risk Factors Study (GBD) 2021. was analyzed across 204 countries territories from 1990 2021, stratified by sex, sociodemographic index (SDI), further predicted 2045. ASMR decreased 2.54 per 100,000 population in 1.86 with an AAPC -0.99%.
