Abstract: Brain tumors, including primary gliomas and brain metastases, are one of the deadliest tumors because effective macromolecular antitumor drugs cannot easily penetrate blood-brain barrier (BBB) tumor (BTB). Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) considered most suitable nanocarriers for delivery their unique properties compared to other nanoparticles. Numerous preclinical clinical studies have demonstrated potential these in magnetic targeting, nuclear resonance, thermal therapy, ultrasonic hyperthermia. To further develop optimize MNPs diagnosis treatment we attempt outline recent advances use deliver drugs, with a particular focus on efficacy anti-brain based targeting low-intensity focused ultrasound, resonance imaging surgical real-time guidance, magnetothermal hyperthermia therapy.
