Daunorubicin is a famous anthracycline anticancer chemotherapy drug with many side effects that very important to measure in biological samples. A daunorubicin electrochemical biosensor was fabricated this study using ds-DNA as the biorecognition element and glassy carbon electrode (GCE) amplified by Pt/SWCNTs sensor. The synthetization of done polyol method, their characterization accomplished via XRD, EDS, TEM methods. results showed diameter about 5.0 nm for Pt nanoparticle decorated at surface SWCNTs. morphological conductivity properties Pt/SWCNTs/GCE were investigated EIS AFM methods, confirmed had high area conductivity. ds-DNA/Pt/SWCNTs/GCE an oxidation signal relative guanine base potential 847 mV positive shift after interaction drug. Cancer is a dreadful disease with high mortality rate, and it has become more prevalent worldwide. Early diagnosis, prognosis treatment monitoring robust non-invasive tools will potentially be the future focus. Electrochemical biosensor can strong candidate for cancer theranostics owing to their advantage of ultra-sensitivity, selectivity, low cost, quick readout, simplicity. Furthermore, electrochemical biosensors are easier miniaturized mass fabricated, which grant them better fit point-of-care applications. In this review, various measurement methods, bioreceptor surface, signal generation amplification, integration sensors in microfluidic chips were summarized. Especially, multiplexed ratiometric emphasized biomarkers detection. Then, analysis cancers based on molecular level (DNA, RNA, protein), organelle (exosomes), cell (cell counting, phenotypic metabolism analysis, drug sensitivity monitoring) comprehensively discussed. As new research trend, cancer-on-a-chip been highlighted. brief, we present an overall review current advances using biosensors. Finally, challenges directions

The immunosensor has been proven a versatile tool to detect various analytes, such as food contaminants, pathogenic bacteria, antibiotics and biomarkers related cancer. To fabricate robust reproducible immunosensors with high sensitivity, the covalent immobilization of immunoglobulins (IgGs) in site-specific manner contributes better performance. Instead random IgG orientations result from direct yet non-selective techniques, this review for first time introduces advances stepwise site-selective conjugation strategies give biosensing efficiency. Noncovalently adsorbing IgGs is but decisive step interact specifically Fc fragment, then following conjugate can fix uniform antigens-favorable orientation irreversibly. In review, we categorized strategy into two parts based on different noncovalent interactions, namely adhesive layer-mediated interaction onto homofunctional support layer-free heterofunctional (which displays several functionalities its surface that are capable IgGs). Further, influence ligands characteristics (synthesis strategies, spacer requirements matrices selection) also discussed. Finally, conclusions future perspectives real-world application This provides more insights fabrication high-efficiency immunosensor, special attention devoted well-orientation full-length sensing platform.

A biomarker is a physiological observable marker that acts as stand-in and, in the best-case scenario, forecasts clinically significant outcome. Diagnostic biomarkers are more convenient and cost-effective than directly measuring ultimate clinical Cancer among most prominent global health problems major cause of morbidity death globally. Therefore, cancer assays trustworthy, consistent, precise, verified desperately needed. Biomarker-based tumor detection holds lot promise for improving disease knowledge at molecular scale early surveillance. In contrast to conventional approaches, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) allows quick less invasive screening variety circulating indicators, such DNA (ctDNA), microRNA (miRNA), cells (CTCs), lipids, proteins. With several advantages, SPR technique particularly beneficial choice point-of-care identification biomarkers. As result, it enables timely markers, which could be used track development suppress relapse malignant tumors. This review emphasizes advancements biosensing technologies detection.
