Bacterial infection is one of the common infectious diseases in clinical practice, and research on efficient detection bacteria has attracted much attention recent years. Currently, traditional methods are mainly based cell culturing, microscopic examination, molecular biology techniques, all which have disadvantages complex operation time-consuming. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology shown prominent advantages bacterial identification because merit high-sensitivity, fast unique fingerprint spectrum.
