Understanding the molecular energy metabolism of single cells in nucleolus stress response induced by mild-photothermal therapy (mPTT) is great importance for investigating photothermal lethal mechanism. Herein, we successfully fabricated a "turn-on"-type fluorescent nanoprobe based on fluorescently labeled aptamers (FAM-ATP-apt and Cy3-GTP-apt) Ti3C2TX MXene. When adapters nanoprobes bonded to intracellular ATP GTP, fluorescence was restored. We used monitor variation GTP contents individual tumor normal during mPTT. Interestingly, found that NPM1 translocated from nucleoplasm MCF-7 cancer within 12 min mPTT laser irradiation, which did not occur MCF-10A cells. However, content changes treatment were significantly higher than The developed Ti3C2Tx-ATP/GTP enables simultaneous imaging living bioimaging detection applications.

Lung cancer is a major threat to human health and leading cause of death. Accurate localization tumors in vivo crucial for subsequent treatment. In recent years, fluorescent imaging technology has become focal point tumor diagnosis treatment due its high sensitivity, strong selectivity, non-invasiveness, multifunctionality. Molecular probes-based not only enables real-time through fluorescence signals but also integrates therapeutic functions, drug screening, efficacy monitoring facilitate comprehensive Among them, near-infrared (NIR) particularly prominent improved effect. This trend toward multifunctionality significant aspect the future advancement technology. past great progress been made field NIR lung management, as well emergence new problems challenges. paper generally summarizes application these areas five including design, detection principles, clinical applications, with aim advancing more efficient technologies enhance accuracy
