PLS-SEM method used for data analysis inner outer modelling. measurement tested internal consistency reliability convergent discriminant validity. Cronbach’s α CR values were above 0.7 threshold all constructions, indicating high measurements. In our model, there total 36 significant relationships between latent variables. Based on results, effect organizational commitment intention quit determined. If within an organization changes, resign changes. Thus, critical variables affecting (benefits, promotion, communication, nature work, coworkers, normative commitment) been identified, changing which will affect commitment. results support if employees perceive these negatively, their drastically decrease.
