This investigates direct influence TL JS EM IM The study defines compensation (CS) performance-based incentives (PBIs) as factors driving employee empowerment (EE), while recognition drives (ER). Data were collected through survey questionnaires from 300 managers across different small, medium-sized, large enterprises Arabia. analysis utilized partial least squares structural equation modeling. findings indicate that both significantly relationship between these motivations is moderated by TL. This paper explores the holistic context of workforce retention. The global labour shortages in developed countries have made employers realise that a world scarce resources, employee wellbeing and retention are key factors competitiveness. aim research is to create model identify determinants well-being A quantitative methodology was applied, using questionnaire with 58 validated statements, completed online by participants (n = 406). PLS-SEM method used for data analysis inner outer modelling. measurement tested internal consistency reliability convergent discriminant validity. Cronbach’s α CR values were above 0.7 threshold all constructions, indicating high measurements. In our model, there total 36 significant relationships between latent variables. Based on results, effect organizational commitment intention quit determined. If within an organization changes, resign changes. Thus, critical variables affecting (benefits, promotion, communication, nature work, coworkers, normative commitment) been identified, changing which will affect commitment. results support if employees perceive these negatively, their drastically decrease.

Abstract This meta-analysis examined literature from the last two decades to identify factors that correlate with teachers’ classroom management self-efficacy (CMSE) and estimate effect size of these relationships. Online reference list searches international Chinese databases yielded 1085 unique results. However, a focus on empirical research final sample consisted 87 studies 22 correlates. The findings cluster correlates CMSE into three categories: teacher-level (working experience, constructivist beliefs, teacher stress, job satisfaction, commitment, personality, burnout), classroom-level (classroom climate, management, students’ misbehaviour, achievement, interaction, student-teacher relationship), school-level (principal leadership school culture). results this show small large correlations between 15 CMSE. How are associated recommendations for future discussed.

In contrast, satisfaction is associated with notable decrease likelihood employees intending their positions. Additionally, courage crucial reducing quit. Furthermore, our underscores mediating roles explaining relationship Intriguingly, it noteworthy that higher levels are unexpectedly linked increased intention Conversely, heightened augmentation courage. Thus, this research aimed examine how job stress, satisfaction, and organizational commitment affected among bank employees in Cambodia. To accomplish objective, 630 working at different banks Cambodia were invited answer questionnaires. Furthermore, a structural equation model was used analyse data. Results indicated could receive high when their obtained significant changes satisfaction stress. Meanwhile, improve if there except satisfaction. Abstract Retention of early career teachers is a critical issue in education, with burnout and self-efficacy serving as important precursors to leaving the field. An integration PAX Good Behavior Game (GBG; Barrish et al., 1969) MyTeachingPartner (MTP; Allen 2015) was tested randomized controlled trial (RCT) investigate whether combined programs would improve long-term outcomes for teachers. However, due COVID-19 pandemic, there higher proportion missing data attrition follow-up collection than otherwise have been expected. The current paper focused specifically on intervention impacts teacher-reported through pandemic explored various approaches addressing an illustrative example other researchers who may similarly faced challenges pandemic. Participants included original were N = 188 (grades K-3) randomly assigned either (i.e., GBG + MTP; n 94 teachers) or control condition ( 94) provided baseline data. Specifically, reported their at pre-intervention (Fall), post-intervention (Spring), 1-year post (in Fall Spring), COVID Year 1 (Spring 2021), 2 2022). We conducted series analyses under varying assumptions MCAR, MAR, NMAR). There mixed findings both null beneficial) regarding MTP burnout, which varied across assumptions; however, no self-efficacy. Teacher well-being has increasingly become a prominent research topic due to its significant impact on various teacher and student outcomes. This focus is particularly crucial for early career teachers, who often encounter numerous challenges at the beginning of their careers, leading elevated levels stress burnout. Our study aimed examine relationship between social emotional competencies burnout teachers potential mediating role self-efficacy in this relationship. A total 657 Croatian subject with up 5 years experience participated study. Structural equation modelling was implemented test models hypothesised relations overall as dependent variable each dimension: exhaustion, mental distance, cognitive impairment, impairment. Tested singled out self-management awareness two that are, along self-efficacy, predictive Self-management predicted lower partially mediated Social also but fully by self-efficacy. Early are better managing motivating themselves, socially aware behave more prosocially were feeling efficacious and, subsequently, displayed fewer symptoms At level dimensions, pattern mainly retained, indicating four dimensions plays role, either or fully, findings especially important light knowledge about teaching being critical period development. They suggest new could benefit from well-structured mentoring induction programs designed ease transition into schools foster initial teaching.
