Emotional Leadership and Teachers' Psychological Well‐Being: The Mediating Role of Emotional Labour and Moderating Roles of Cultural Values in JD‐R Theory

ABSTRACT Using the job demands‐resources (JD‐R) theory, this study aimed to understand how and when emotional leadership affected teachers' psychological well‐being.
