To investigate the relationships between emotional resilience, grit, employability, and life satisfaction among Chinese as a Foreign Language (CFL) teachers in China, with focus on gender differences. A sample of 1,003 CFL participated survey assessing satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, mediation moderation models PROCESS macro. Emotional resilience did not have significant direct effect but showed substantial indirect effects through grit employability. positively influenced which turn enhanced employability increased Gender differences observed was more critical mediator for males, while stronger females. The study highlights importance enhancing teachers.
