Background . In the rapidly evolving healthcare management landscape, technology integration and artificial intelligence utilization play pivotal roles in shaping employee productivity. This research investigates these dynamics within Riyadh Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on relationships between integration, use nursing profession, workforce competencies, technological leadership, Methods A quantitative approach was employed, involving 329 nurses from five hospitals Province. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling facilitated comprehensive analysis direct indirect among variables. Results Findings reveal that significantly enhances productivity, while initially presents disruptions before yielding productivity gains. The manufacturing industry is vital to the growth and development of most countries. This study investigates adoption behaviour digital technologies by firms in South Africa. employs econometric model analyze a total 516 sector. probit results show that innovation firm size have significant effect on both current expected technologies, whereas capital ownership correlate positively with adoption. Likewise, exports digital-related infrastructure are found technology for customer relations business function. Similarly, from transition probability matrix reveals persistency pattern prevalent all three functions firms, namely, supplier relations, product development. However, has considerably higher compared other types functions. Several policies, including supporting innovation, easy access core tools developing institutional systemic support mechanisms, recommended encourage engage activities.

This study improves our comprehension of the relationship between digital transformation process and environmental disclosure in emerging economies. Specifically, it delves into effects on both symbolic substantive types through application text mining methods. Additionally, this research examines how these impacts are moderated by political experience senior managers. Drawing a panel dataset 2033 listed Chinese manufacturing firms over period from 2009 to 2020, findings reveal that (1) is negatively associated with (2) managers’ positively moderates disclosure.
