With the rapid advancement of information technology, telemedicine apps have gradually become an indispensable tool for providing patients with more convenient, efficient, and accessible healthcare services. However, successful implementation these largely depends on widespread acceptance among public. To thoroughly investigate factors influencing public’s relationships between factors, this study developed a theoretical model based Diffusion Innovation theory Theory Perceived Value. validate model, we conducted survey 387 residents in Beijing, China, employed structural equation modeling to analyze collected data. The research findings indicate that attributes innovation diffusion, including relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, observability, significantly positively influence perceived value. Particularly noteworthy is value partially mediates relationship public acceptance, emphasizing crucial role decision-making process. This theory-driven approach elucidate offers fresh insights into existing literature. By integrating paradigms diffusion customer value, provide coherent explanation how individual cognitive processes lead behavior. In summary, enriches studies holds positive implications practice.

The existing global health crisis characterized by limited resources, including personnel, has prompted the adoption of telemedicine and telehealth, especially in post-pandemic era. COVID-19 pandemic accelerated these technologies, as world navigates beyond crisis, it is essential to assess extent utilization telehealth telemedicine. This review study aims which teleservices have been implemented worldwide across different continents. Peer-reviewed articles were reviewed Web Science, Scopus, Cochrane Library Pubmed/Medline databases. exclusion criteria comprised all published before 1 December 2019, any other databases, duplicates, grey literature. inclusion for this encompassed on or after 1, 2019. timeframe allowed us focus A total 381 publications identified inclusion, screened based reviewing titles, abstracts full-text content down 102 relevant articles. Utilization trends amongst countries continents, classified into advanced, developed, developing emerging stages. respective characteristics utilized differentiating stages identified, encompassing inclusivity administration, disease diagnosis, treatment, patient follow-ups, pharmacy services electronic records transversely. According review, surveyed (n=77), (n=27) 13.8% are at an advanced stage, (n= 20) 10.3% a developed level, (n = 24) 12.3% 6) 3% percentages (N=195). Mobile payment systems are increasingly seen as the lifeline of an economy and recognized a harbinger financial inclusion for bottom pyramid (BoP). The present study aims to examine key antecedents continued intention use mobile payments by BoP segment, which has shown increased usage payments. Whether this trend will lead same is moot point. To explore this, we collected data from 387 respondents (auto drivers, cab local food vendors, street others) analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Following attribute-consequence-value approach mean end theory (ACVMET), empirical model employed test effect perceived value service quality on continuance intention. We also influence risk moderator in relationship. Findings suggest that influenced attribute-based variables impact significant moderating role confirmed. implications providers have been discussed.

Purpose This paper aims to establish and empirically investigate a research model examining the effect of four dimensions technology readiness index – optimism, innovativeness, discomfort insecurity on customer engagement that further influences purchase intention in context online shopping through artificial intelligence voice assistants (AI VAs). Design/methodology/approach Data were collected India from 429 customers self-administered survey. analysis uses structural equation modelling technique. Findings Technology dimensions, e.g. insecurity, are critical factors driving engagement. Customer results AI VAs. Research limitations/implications study adds literature by understanding how customers’ levels drive intention. However, this includes as unidimensional construct. Further can consist multidimensional Practical implications The findings offer guidelines for e-retailers enhance matches their personality traits, thereby strengthening Originality/value contributes investigating model, revealing crucial parameters

Purpose Despite the rapid development of metaverse industry, adoption rate products is still very low. While prior studies mainly focused on investigating motivators adoption, this study explores barriers affecting consumer intention to use products, utilizing framework innovation resistance theory (IRT). Design/methodology/approach Through a survey conducted in China, we examined effects variables such as usage barrier, value risk tradition image well moderating individuals’ innovativeness. Three hundred and seventy seven valid questionnaires were collected hierarchical regression method was analyze data. Findings Our findings reveal that barriers, significantly negatively influence products. However, barrier do not exhibit significant impact. Additionally, discovered innovativeness positively influences intention, indicating users with higher are more inclined engage Furthermore, acts positive moderator, weakening negative impact intention. Originality/value The extends IRT by incorporating role individual innovativeness, providing holistic understanding factors impede widespread crucial for developing strategies mitigate potential ultimately promoting diffusion
