With
the
rapid
advancement

telemedicine
apps
have
gradually
become
an
indispensable
tool
for
providing
patients
with
more
convenient,
efficient,
and
accessible
healthcare
services.
However,
successful
implementation

widespread
acceptance
among
public.
To
thoroughly
investigate
factors
influencing
public’s
relationships
between
factors,
this
study
developed
a
theoretical
model
based
Diffusion
Innovation
theory
Theory
Perceived
Value.
validate
model,
we
conducted
survey
387
residents
in
Beijing,
China,
employed
structural
equation
modeling
to
analyze
collected
data.
The
research
findings
indicate
that
attributes
innovation
diffusion,
including
relative
advantage,
compatibility,
complexity,
trialability,
observability,
significantly
positively
influence
perceived
value.
Particularly
noteworthy
is
value
partially
mediates
relationship
public
acceptance,
emphasizing
crucial
role
decision-making
process.
This
theory-driven
approach
elucidate
offers
fresh
insights
into
existing
literature.
By
integrating
paradigms
diffusion
customer
value,
provide
coherent
explanation
how
individual
cognitive
processes
lead
behavior.

Purpose
