With the rapid advancement of information technology, telemedicine apps have gradually become an indispensable tool for providing patients with more convenient, efficient, and accessible healthcare services. However, successful implementation these largely depends on widespread acceptance among public. To thoroughly investigate factors influencing public’s relationships between factors, this study developed a theoretical model based Diffusion Innovation theory Theory Perceived Value. validate model, we conducted survey 387 residents in Beijing, China, employed structural equation modeling to analyze collected data. The research findings indicate that attributes innovation diffusion, including relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, observability, significantly positively influence perceived value. Particularly noteworthy is value partially mediates relationship public acceptance, emphasizing crucial role decision-making process. This theory-driven approach elucidate offers fresh insights into existing literature. By integrating paradigms diffusion customer value, provide coherent explanation how individual cognitive processes lead behavior. In summary, enriches studies holds positive implications practice.

ABSTRACT While much research has examined cognitive evaluations of sustainable brands in offline contexts, there is limited exploration consumers' emotional responses to such online. This study introduces a model brand love for innovative, brands, based on two rigorously designed studies: experiments and survey with configurational analysis. Our findings reveal significant causal effects perceived innovativeness knowledge repurchase intentions. Additionally, fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) identifies distinct consumer categories—rational impulsive—based their behavior brands. For business owners sustainability advocates, fostering crucial engaging consumers By integrating appeal commitment sustainability, can enhance engagement, encourage repeat purchases, contribute more online shopping environment.

Drawing on an extended Innovation Resistance Theory, this study examines how various barriers – namely, usage, value, risk, tradition, image, information, and privacy affect the behavioral intention to use mobile fintech services among bottom of pyramid consumers. Moreover, it investigates moderating role gender difference these relationships using Multi-Group Analysis. Primary data were collected through a self-administered online survey gaining 200 responses from low-income users in urban city Indonesia who already have smartphones but possess minimal experience or knowledge usage. Data analysis was conducted Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares, with assistance SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings indicated that five (usage, privacy) had significant negative impact services, while other two (image tradition) showed no effect. Additionally, is revealed did not usage risk barriers, whereas differences identified for barriers. These insights highlight importance addressing gender-specific needs designing solutions consumers emerging economies.
