Despite
the
risks
associated
with
generative
AI
(GenAI)
chatbots,
people
increasingly
use
these
technologies,
which
may
seem
contradictory.
This
study
identified

explored
factors
related
to
trust,
perceived
values,
satisfaction,
sustainable

GenAI
chatbots.

on
IS
theories

a
stimulus-organism-response
model,

model

PLS-SEM

ChatGPT

Abstract
Rapid
technological
advancements

recent
decades
have
fueled,

Higher
education,

ChatGPT
emerging
as

Faculty
perception,
ability,

willingness
to
adopt
new
