Physical fatigue (peripheral fatigue), which affects a considerable portion of the world population, is decline in ability muscle fibers to contract effectively due alterations regulatory processes action potentials. However, it lacks an efficacious therapeutic intervention. The present study explored bioactive compounds and mechanism Citrus reticulata peel (CR-P) treating physical by utilizing network pharmacology (NP), molecular docking, simulation-based dynamics (MD). ingredients CR-P prospective targets were obtained from various databases. A PPI was generated STRING database, while key overlapping analyzed for enrichment adopting KEGG GO. binding affinities hub determined docking. results further validated MD simulation. Five screened, 56 identified fatigue, whereas with greater degree AKT1, TP53, STAT3, MTOR, KRAS, HRAS, JAK2, IL6, EGFR, ESR1. findings analysis indicated significant three signaling pathways, namely PI3K-AKT, MAPK, JAK-STAT. docking simulation revealed that exhibit stronger affinity interacting targets. work suggests CR-P, specifically Hesperetin Sitosterol, may ameliorate via PI3K-AKT pathway targeting MTOR proteins.

ABSTRACT Citrus peels are rich in bioactive phenolic compounds with various health effects including antioxidant, antiobesity, antiinflammatory, antihypertensive, antihypercholesterolemic, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, and anticarcinogenic activities. Both extractable nonextractable phenolics present significant amounts peel diverse bioactivities. While can be recovered from the fruit by conventional extraction methods, remaining residues must released cell matrix first hydrolysis acid, alkali, or enzymes. Novel processing technologies help improvement of efficiency. Extreme process medium conditions degrade their bioactivity where encapsulation applied to improve stability, solubility, bioactivity. powder ascorbic acid dietary fiber besides extracts therefrom used as functional food ingredients extend shelf life provide benefits. In addition, antioxidant antimicrobial agents active packaging applications. Phenolic have also a potential nutraceuticals pharmaceuticals. this review, different forms peels, recovery, possible applications for upcycling industry presented.

The aim of the study was to investigate reparative processes and immune mechanisms in rat liver tissues against background loading with aqueous extracts blackberry common sawfly induced oxidative stress. 120 rats were used experiment. According group affiliation animals received a dose 50 mg/100g weight, 1.5 ml daily for 30 days, control distilled water same mode. Starting from days experiment, injected CCl4 6 days. On 37th day killed according ethical standards. number sinusoidal cells counted tissues. content cytokines homogenates blood plasma determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Conclusion. Aqueous fir modulate different degrees functional state early periods toxic exposure tetrachloromethane, which contributes resolution inflammatory process. Exposure changes production regulatory factors, compensates speed recovery after exposure.
