Multiple and ultrasensitive detection of pathogenic bacteria is critical but remains a challenge. Here, we introduce digital assay for multiplexed target DNA amplification-free using botryoidal-like fluorescent polystyrene dots (PS-dots), which were first prepared through the hybridization reaction between primer exchange chains nanospheres that encapsulated polymer signal preamplification. The bacteria's was cleavaged by argonaute (Ago) protein-mediated multiple precise cleavage reactions, where obtained sequences bridged magnetic beads (MBs) PS-dots via reaction, MB-botryoidal PS-dot complexes utilized as probes based on colors sizes encoding. An artificial-intelligence-fluorescent microsphere counting algorithm applied to identify count MBs readout. This combined ultrabright with

Abstract The conventional lateral flow assay (LFA) fails to the demands for accurate screening of viruses as a result its low sensitivity colorimetric signal output and poor universality limited by antibody pairs. Here, magnetically assisted dual‐signal LFA platform is developed ultrasensitive, universal, flexible detection viruses. A “three‐in‐one” multifunctional probe (MAuDQD) prepared using 180 nm Fe 3 O 4 core load numerous Au nanoparticles (NPs) two layers QDs, which can substantially improve through coupling with effects magnetic enrichment colorimetric/fluorescent enhancement. Wheat germ agglutinin (WGA)‐modified MAuDQD attained broad‐spectrum capture viral membrane proteins dual‐mode severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) monkeypox virus (MPXV) on strip. In mode, target detected directly, visual reaching 0.1–0.5 ng mL −1 fluorescent mode supported quantitative analysis SARS‐CoV‐2/MPXV limits decreasing pg level. Practicability MAuDQD@WGA‐LFA verified 33 real clinical samples, showing proposed has great potential become sensitive, accurate, universal tool on‐site monitoring infections.

Enhancing the photoelectric (PE) response is crucial for improving performance of solar cells, photocatalysis, and photoelectrochemistry (PEC). The coupling different semiconductor materials to form heterostructures a sophisticated strategy endowing them with promising electronic properties promote generation migration carriers. Herein, two-dimensional (2D) SnS2/Ag2S heterojunction vertical state was successfully constructed, which effectively boosted photocurrent. Based on antibody–antigen interaction PE mechanism, biofunctional PEC immunoassay platform developed sensitive determination avian influenza virus. It found exhibit an excellent detection range from 0.5 1 × 104 pg mL–1 0.07 limits. In addition, growth photochemical mechanism were thoroughly analyzed. This work validates compelling approach designing efficient junctions bioassay applications.
