ABSTRACT Curcumol, a significant bioactive molecule, requires accurate detection methods due to its extensive pharmacological properties. This study develops high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detect curcumol and constructs sample pretreatment techniques using salt‐assisted liquid‐liquid microextraction (SALLME). The optimization process focuses on conditions for acetonitrile (ACN) anhydrous sodium sulfate‐assisted microextraction. By adding excess sulfate an ACN aqueous solution, precipitates, forming saturated saline solution resulting in two‐phase system. being highly soluble ACN, separates into enriches within the phase, achieving effective matrix separation. SALLME demonstrated enrichment factor of up 12.4 curcumol. extracted is then injected HPLC instrument quantitative analysis. method exhibited good linear range (0.5–10.0 µg/mL) low limit (0.05 µg/mL). results indicate that can be effectively separated from complex matrices this technique. optimizing salt concentration temperature, determining biological samples was successfully established, recoveries between 86.2% 137.6% spiked urine blood samples. Furthermore, offers rapid, efficient, environmentally friendly preparation, promising applications clinical settings.

Environmental measures have drawn more attention recently as a means of identifying cost-effective, safe, and green approaches in analytical methods. As result, white chemistry was developed. Greenness, whiteness, chemical risks are all measured under the general expression "environmental measurements." For first time, greenness, risk-measuring programs presented along with their histories, concepts, advantages, disadvantages. The six scales that were published between 2020 2023, including Analytical Greenness Calculator (AGREE), Metric for Sample Preparation (AGREEprep), Complementary Green Procedure Index (ComplexGAPI), Red-Green-Blue (RGB12), blue applicability grade index (BAGI), Chloroform-oriented Toxicity Estimation (ChlorTox) discussed. Also, applications several methods been compared. Lastly, patterns future suggested. We hope this review is helpful analysts to stay up-to-date recent risk scales. Additionally, most appropriate procedure has chosen, applied, compared easily.

Poor wound treatment impacts millions of humans worldwide, increasing deaths and costs. Wounds have three key complications: (a) a lack an adequate environment for cell migration, proliferation, angiogenesis; (b) microbial infection; (c) unstable prolonged inflammation.Regrettably, contemporary therapeutic treatments not entirely tackled these basic difficulties thus insufficient medical accomplishment. The incorporation the extraordinary capabilities nanomaterials in healing has achieved major successes over years. Nanomaterials can promote variety cellular molecular processes that assist microenvironment through antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, angiogenic activities, potentially shifting surroundings from nonhealing to healing. current review focuses on novel techniques, with particular focus recent revolutionary infection control tactics based nanomaterials, such as nanoparticles, nanocomposites, scaffolds, which are discussed depth. Furthermore, effectiveness nanoparticles carriers compounds wound-healing applications been investigated provide researchers up-to-date sources use their creative ways improve uses.
