This study presents the development of luminol and gold nanoparticle co-functionalized graphene oxide (GO-AuNPs-L) hybrids as enhanced luminogenic signaling molecules in chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) for detecting C-reactive protein (CRP), a key biomarker inflammation cardiovascular diseases. When compared to free luminol, GO-AuNPs-L significantly increased prolonged CL signal based on their synergistic enhancement electron transfer during production. Based performance, were employed both well plate-based lateral flow CLIA platforms, showing substantial improvements intensity sensitivity CRP detection. These results highlight potential versatile highly sensitive immunological detection, offering promising applications clinical laboratory settings point-of-care diagnostics.

Thiram (THI) and asomate (ASO) are frequently detected agrochemicals in food samples due to widespread use as fungicides. However, their detection suffers from matrix interference, or the necessity of derivatization before measurement. Integrating HPLC with a post-column carbon dots (CDs)-enhanced chemiluminescence (CL) system makes it possible simultaneously separate selectively detect ASO THI fruit free deep purification. The studies on mechanisms demonstrated that CD intermediates anionic radical were responsible for remarkable CL enhancement THI. intensity is directly proportional fungicide concentration, ranges linearity being 5-250 μg·L

In this paper, lithium niobate is used as a grating-coupling layer and Bragg reflector defect to couple the incident light break periodicity of photonic crystal, which results in localized electric field enhancement excitation Bloch surface waves. By adjusting angle light, structure can achieve two detection modes: diffraction guided mode detection. The average sensitivities for modes are 452°/RIU 3170°/RIU, respectively, with maximum 480°/RIU 4380°/RIU. designed has highest sensitivity currently known.
