Abnormal
fluctuations
in
blood
biomarker
levels
serve
as
critical
indicators
of
the
disease.
However,
detecting
endogenous
substances
whole
using
fluorescent
probes
is
challenging
due
to
its
complex
composition.
This
challenge
primarily
arises
from
two
factors:
high
autofluorescence
and
intrinsic
fluorescence
probe,
both
contributing
significant
background
detection
system.
To
overcome
these
obstacles,
we
introduced
a
donor–acceptor
"one-to-many"
FRET-based
sensing
strategy
integrated
with
suppression
design
multifunctional
nanoprobe.
The
donor
effectively
suppresses
through
inner
filter
effect
efficiently
quenches
by
adjusting
acceptor-to-donor
ratio,
achieving
"zero"
detection.
Leveraging
this
excellent
quenching
effect,
successfully
detected
ONOO–
ClO–
samples
mice
sepsis
or
hemolytic
diseases.
Furthermore,
monitored
changes
throughout
disease
course,
revealing
positive
correlation
between
concentrations
severity.

chemiluminescence
(CL)
feature
and
reactivity
of
the
aromatic
endoperoxide
9-phenyl-10-(2-phenylethynyl)anthracene
(PPEA-O2)
were
investigated
in
crystalline
state.
For
this,
PPEA-O2
crystals
prepared
using
dichloromethane
n-hexane.
These
exhibited
an
α-phase
structure
containing
n-hexane
as
a
crystal
solvent.

anthracene

PPEA)

optimizing
heating
conditions
