Abnormal fluctuations in blood biomarker levels serve as critical indicators of the disease. However, detecting endogenous substances whole using fluorescent probes is challenging due to its complex composition. This challenge primarily arises from two factors: high autofluorescence and intrinsic fluorescence probe, both contributing significant background detection system. To overcome these obstacles, we introduced a donor–acceptor "one-to-many" FRET-based sensing strategy integrated with suppression design multifunctional nanoprobe. The donor effectively suppresses through inner filter effect efficiently quenches by adjusting acceptor-to-donor ratio, achieving "zero" detection. Leveraging this excellent quenching effect, successfully detected ONOO– ClO– samples mice sepsis or hemolytic diseases. Furthermore, monitored changes throughout disease course, revealing positive correlation between concentrations severity. innovative for provides valuable insights designing directly detect blood.

The chemiluminescence (CL) feature and reactivity of the aromatic endoperoxide 9-phenyl-10-(2-phenylethynyl)anthracene (PPEA-O2) were investigated in crystalline state. For this, PPEA-O2 crystals prepared using dichloromethane n-hexane. These exhibited an α-phase structure containing n-hexane as a crystal solvent. nonperoxidic anthracene (i.e., PPEA) was also confirmed. After optimizing heating conditions to 120 °C for thermolytic reaction while maintaining solid state, its CL characteristic investigated. Two key findings derived: (1) dual-mode emission with maxima at 510 1275 nm (2) distinct observation first 2–3 min after start owing rapid coupled desorption. emissions attributed PPEA excimer 1O2 (1Δg), respectively. We proposed mechanism involving triplet–triplet annihilation excited triplet states explain production postulated pathways generating these from PPEA-O2. simultaneous desorption formation transient vacant spaces, which increased molecular freedom necessary ("transient space effect"). Thus, proved useful identifying analyzing luminescence endoperoxides
