Smart charging increases renewable energy utilization and decreases the burden on electrical grid. However, its acceptance popularity among electric vehicle (EV) drivers reaches still low numbers. Therefore, we explore what prioritization of would be best for a targeted marketing campaign to primarily aim at most beneficial smart system. As score, use several simple measures plug-in duration prediction error, as assume that EV drivers' suitability varies based their predictability behaviour. To find these metrics computer simulations, where vary participation levels in charging. The median relative error provides significant results terms charged during off-peak price period.

The growing adoption of Electric vehicles (EVs) puts pressure on the power grid, and implementing smart solutions can ease this pressure. Smart charging at home is a solution where users offer flexibility in their schedule, which energy suppliers and/or other aggregators exploit by during times low demand market prices. However, giving control to provider concern EV users, particularly about driving range, give sense loss control. We conducted an experimental online survey with (n = 289), examining effect perception different behavioral interventions improve provision. found that all monetary incentives (high, low, credit points) resulted higher flexibility, while environmental framing, feedback badges, default-setting, battery-related tips had no effect. did not correlate significantly offered for any interventions.

This paper presents the concept of using electric vehicles (EVs) as a countermeasure to deal with negative effects power rationing when electricity demands become difficult meet due unfavorable electrical system operating conditions. At present, an energy storage is widely used maintain stability supply in facilities whose main source renewable sources (RESs). However, we must not forget that are also facilities, but they always available their mobility. With properly developed strategies, can be management processes, for example, by reducing consumption during charging smart technology, or providing from batteries vehicle-to-building (V2B) technology. Thus, this article research methodology treats remedy eliminating constraints. It consists five steps, including two algorithms deciding how deploy EVs periods. An efficiency factor these constraints was introduced. The results showed use V2B technology reduce number potential hours which certain levels exceeded up several tens percent. means future, significant development electromobility, such way dealing could alternative conventional solutions like diesel generators.
