New
Infrastructure
(NI)
has
gradually
become
a
new
driving
force
for
regional
economic
growth
and
an
important
part
of
the
construction
urban
infrastructure

many
countries,

few
decades,
occurrence

severity

disasters
have
been
increasing.

study
empirically
explores
factors
affecting
road
disruption
patterns

recovery
based

record

Hiroshima,
