Enzyme-assisted ultrasonic extraction (EAUE) was utilized and optimized for extracting polysaccharides from Schizochytrium limacinum meal (SLMPs) via the response surface methodology. The optimal EAUE conditions were determined as follows: enzyme concentration at 5.18%, temperature 53 °C, duration of 40 min, power 60 W, a liquid-to-material ratio 34 mL/g, achieving polysaccharide yield 11.86 ± 0.61%. purified component, SLMP1-1, isolated using DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow Sephadex G-100 columns, exhibited potent antioxidant activity. with molecular weight 25.5 kDa, comprises glucose, mannose, arabinose, galactose in molar 16.39:14.75:1:693.03. 1H NMR analysis revealed α configuration SLMP1-1. Antioxidant assessments, including DPPH, ABTS, ferric ion reduction assays, detected inhibitory values 21.82–82.98%, 38.21–98.46%, 3.30–20.30% 0.2–1.0 mg/mL. This confirmed effective capacity which is notably enhanced post oral gastric digestion. findings suggest that extracted hold significant promise natural antioxidants.

Antitumor, antioxidant, hypoglycemic, and immunomodulatory properties are all exhibited by maize polysaccharides. With the increasing sophistication of polysaccharide extraction methods, enzymatic method is no longer limited to a single enzyme extract polysaccharides, more often used in combination with ultrasound or microwave, different enzymes. Ultrasound has good cell wall-breaking effect, making it easier dislodge lignin hemicellulose from cellulose surface husk. The "water alcohol precipitation" simplest but most resource- time-consuming process. However, "ultrasound-assisted extraction" "microwave-assisted methods not only compensate for shortcoming, also increase rate. Herein, preparation, structural analysis, activities polysaccharides were analyzed discussed.

According to response surface methodology (RSM), the extraction conditions of ultrasound-assisted polysaccharide from rinds Garcinia mangostana L. (GMRP) were optimized and determined. The optimal obtained through optimization were: liquid material ratio was 40 mL/g, ultrasonic power 288 W time 65 min. average rate GMRP 14.73%. Ac - by acetylation GMRP, antioxidant activities two polysaccharides compared in vitro. results indicated that capacity after significantly improved with GMRP. Purple mangosteen scarfskin polysaccharide has many important physiological functions, but its preparation method, structure, and function need further exploration. A was obtained from by ultrasonic-assisted extraction purified. On this basis, structure physicochemical properties were investigated. The Congo red experiment used to determine whether it a triple helix conformation. of purple analyzed infrared spectroscopy nuclear magnetic analysis. antioxidant activities the above three polysaccharides studied related experiments. It found that monosaccharide composition mainly contained large amount arabinose, small rhamnoose very galacturonic acid, core main chain composed 1,4-α-arabinose. did not have spatial configuration. After acetylation polysaccharide, acetylated derivative with degree substitution 0.33 obtained. they had certain scavenging inhibiting effects on hydroxyl radicals lipid peroxidation, their concentration polysaccharides.
