The prohibition of antibacterial agents in animal husbandry has spurred research into the creation and study new probiotic supplements aimed at normalizing gut microbiota to ensure colonization resistance host organism. This prevents gastrointestinal tract by pathogenic opportunistic microflora. Scientists from many countries have developed a range preparations based on normal microbiota, such as lactobacilli bifidobacteria, which are used maintain restore biocenosis digestive tract. These probiotics also effective therapeutic preventive for poultry diseases, helping correct microbiocenosis. In our study, we investigated impact combined preparation "TIMM-P" productive characteristics quality preservation broiler chicken meat. determined clinical indicators, absolute average daily weight gains, meat chickens, its chemical composition under influence supplement. It was found that administering courses days 1–5, 21–25, 30–35 positively influences growth muscle tissue poultry. Determination 42-day-old experimental chickens indicated significant increase total protein content using probiotic. Additionally, gains group significantly increased during 15–28 29–42 study. We observed extending shelf life organoleptic indicators refrigerated storage. On 7th 9th storage, carcasses received showed decrease pH levels, acid number, peroxide number fat Thus, oral administration increases live improves extends life. obtained results important practical significance they scientifically substantiate use means preserve livestock, improve quality. Therefore, complex can be recommended farming.

Abstract As an alternative to antibiotics, acidifiers have gained widespread application in the feed industry. However, current acidifier products often suffer from limited antibacterial efficacy. To tackle this issue, we synthesized a series of organic acid - gallium complexes (Ga-OA) using acids (OA) and Ga3+ as precursors, via liquid-phase synthesis method. The antimicrobial activity Ga-OA against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp. was assessed Oxford cup agar dilution methods determine minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) bactericidal (MBC), respectively. It found that showed markedly higher than each individually, followed order: Ga-Lac (lactic acid) > Ga-Ac (acetic Ga-BA (butyric acid). Furthermore, MIC values coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp were 2.84, 0.18, 2.84 mmol/L, respectively, meanwhile, MBC these three bacteria 5.68, 1.42, 5.68 Transcriptome analysis revealed mechanism is initiated by binding bacterial membranes, which promotes entry into cell. This intracellular Ga³⁺ then disrupts iron transport, ultimately resulting death. These results suggest potential be promising, safe, effective agent animal husbandry, providing solution antibiotic resistance concerns.

The unobstructed use of antibiotics in poultry production has emerged as a major driving force antibiotic resistance and public health hazard, particularly developing countries. This study aimed to determine the functional roles lyophilized native probiotic based starter feed on performance, selective serum metabolites meat quality poultry. A total 90 day-old birds (30 broilers, 30 layers ducks) were used experimental which divided into three treatment groups for each kind bird. Isolated strains from chicken intestine prepare samples. Growth performances measured manually, biochemicals analysis carried out using diagnostic kits, was determined through Kjeldahl method Soxhlet method. When compared receiving antibiotics, introduction probiotics significantly (
