Catalytic and electrocatalytic applications of supported metal nanoparticles are hindered due to an aggregation catalytic leaching under harsh operations. Hence, stable free catalysts with high surface area extremely desirable but also challenging. Here we report a gold nanoparticles-hosted mesoporous nitrogen doped carbon matrix, which is prepared using bovine serum albumin (BSA) through calcination. BSA plays three roles in this process as reducing agent, capping agent precursor, hence the protocol exhibits economic sustainable. Gold at N-doped (AuNPs@NBSAC)-modified three-electrode strip-based flexible sensor system has been developed, displayed effective, sensitive selective for simultaneous detection uric acid (UA) dopamine (DA). The AuNPs@NBSAC-modified showed excellent response toward DA linear throughout concentration range from 1 50 μM limit 0.05 μM. It exhibited UA, wide 5 200 well 0.1 findings suggest that AuNPs@NBSAC nanohybrid reveals promising can be considered potential electrode materials development electrochemical biosensors.

Abstract Objective To construct a risk prediction model for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods Data this study were obtained from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) (2007–2010). Participants Huashan Hospital included as an external validation. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore relevant factors of ASCVD The discriminability evaluated using area under curve (AUC) statistic receiver operating characteristic curve. Hosmer–Lemeshow test, correction decision (DCA) evaluate model. Results A total 389 collected NHANES final analysis. showed that age, creatinine (Cr), glucose (Glu), serum uric acid (SUA), history gout predictive hyperuricemia (HUA) patients. These nomogram. And 157 internal validation group 136 group. AUC values three groups 0.943, 0.735, 0.664. p test .568, .600, .763. calibration consistency between nomogram actual observed values. DCA indicated has good clinical practicality. Conclusion This constructed HUA patients, which is beneficial medical staff detect high‐risk populations early stage.
