The cement industry has achieved the harmless and resourceful disposal of incineration fly ash, but environmental safety heavy metals during its service life is still unknown. Therefore, evolution metal leaching wet–dry cycle ash after different solidification treatments been studied. We provide a theoretical basis for long-term safe use resource utilization. results showed that when underwent 90 dry–wet cycles, Cd exceeded 19.40% Chinese standard GB 18598-2019. Upon addition 10% 30% to trend increasing slowed, with higher content enhancing capability metals. When mixed 180 40.75% 18598-2019, while samples did not exceed limit, at 84.45% As an admixture, compressive strength increased number cycles. dosage was 20%, maximum cycles only 5.19% toxicity index also decreasing compared ash. admixture ensured life.

Municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) is essential for tackling urban environmental challenges and facilitating renewable energy recycling. The MSWI process has characteristics of multiple variables, strong coupling, complex nonlinearity, requiring advanced control (APC) technology. Although there have been several reviews on the modeling process, a lack focus model predictive (MPC), widely used APC This article aims to comprehensively review MPC strategies in process. First, it describes technology detail, examining issues objectives highlight complexity controller design while providing an overview methods their benefits. Second, incinerator control, including traditional techniques machine learning technologies such as fuzzy neural networks. Third, controllers emphasizing advantages over existing methods. Fourth, discusses current status online updates, covering need accurate dynamic objective function updates components modeling, rolling optimization, feedback correction. Finally, study concludes with summary findings.
