Chronic energy deficiency (CED) in Indonesian adolescent girls is primarily caused by unbalanced diet, leading to and protein deficiencies. Understanding how CED affects the physical development health of crucial, as it may potentially impact their quality life future. This study aimed evaluate acceptability content nuggets formulated with pangasius moringa leaf flour. The true experimental design was Testing Service Unit Laboratory, Faculty Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga from April July 2024. Nuggets three different formulations were tested organoleptically 25 panelists, organoleptic data analyzed using SPSS statistically Non-Parametric Testing. results indicated that NG02 had highest scores for color, aroma, taste, whereas NG01 (15.36 %). Statistical analysis revealed no significant differences (p > 0.05) texture among formulations. In conclusion, despite being most preferred protein, NG01's higher suggests better address girls.

Increasing students' nutrition knowledge is an important goal of school education which may improve their lifestyle and consequently reduce the incidence non-communicable chronic diseases, including obesity. Food choice has long been recognized as an interaction between psychological, social, cultural, economic, and biological forces through life course events experiences. Adolescence is a particularly sensitive stage during which personal external environments influence food decisions attitudes that can have long-term implications. Young people represent future households, yet little understood about their perspectives on, experiences of, foodscape. To address this, photovoice study with thirty-two students was undertaken at three state high schools differing foodscapes in South East Queensland (Australia). Adolescent on highlighted the front of them (either common or favourite foods), routines, emotional relationship food, important role family shaping (in particular mothers). Adolescents demonstrated astute awareness healthy/good unhealthy/bad foods relation to ingredients, ways eating different types foods. Yet they expressed noticeable confusion this matter, referring some "healthy-ish", describing "balanced" diet consuming something healthy followed by unhealthy. Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the menus of university dormitories in Istanbul according Nutrient Profiling and determine whether energy other nutrients meet needs students. Background: Fructose (50% of sucrose/sugar) is one component free-sugars and metabolized to uric acid, which a known risk factor for gout metabolic syndrome.
