Concerns regarding the hazard of carcinogenic ethyl carbamate (EC) have driven attempts to exploit efficient, timely, straightforward, and economic assays for warning early food safety. Here, we proposed a novel molecularly imprinted polymer Co@MOF-MIP, with high peroxidase (POD)-like activity bright blue fluorescence emission, develop versatile visual assay colorimetric, fluorescent, photothermal trimodal detection logic gate outputting EC. Briefly, POD-like Co@MOF-MIP made it decompose H2O2 into ·OH oxidizing colorless 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) oxTMB, resulting in 660 nm irradiated effect bursting via inner filter effect, observing decreased signal together an increased colorimetric signals. Rapid and accurate analysis of trace targets in complex samples remains an enormous challenge. Herein, the calix[x]arene-based magnetic cross-linked polymer decorating AgNPs, abbreviated Fe3O4–CXA-DAB@AgNPs nanosponge, was developed for fast surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) samples. The nanosponge surface constructed by high-density CXA units with special cavity size structure, which could selectively recognize enrich to sensing host–guest effect molecule interactions. Fe3O4–C4A-DAB@AgNPs showed significant SERS enhancement choline chloride (ChCl) succinylcholine (SCC) factor (EF) 2.9 × 107 6.3 106, respectively. Fe3O4–C6A-DAB@AgNPs exhibited high activity thiabendazole EF 7.6 106. Introducing recognition–enrichment–separation sensing, achieve rapid enrichment within 6–8 min. Also, good stability detection relative standard deviations less than 6.3% intra-batch (n = 25) 6.8% inter-batch 15). Benefiting from these merits, employed ChCl SCC real limits were 0.62 μg/L 2.0 SCC. found feed sample recoveries 85.3–108%, serum 85.7–111%. methods provided a reference selective regulating calix[x]arenes satisfy different molecules quantification strategy integrating pretreatment technology all-in-one.

Angiotensin I, II, and III (Ang III) aldosterone (Aldo) play an important role in primary aldosteronism (PA) screening according to the study of blood pressure regulation mechanism. However, Ang III, Aldo are present human plasma at low concentrations have different polarities, which make it rather challenging for current detection methods simultaneously detect four analytes complex samples. In this study, a new magnetic covalent organic framework (COF) was synthesized enrichment plasma, method simultaneous developed based on COF liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The experimental results demonstrated that adsorption kinetics material conformed pseudo-second-order model, mechanisms were π-π stacking, electrostatic, hydrogen bonding interactions. Under optimized conditions, established has satisfactory linear ranges I: 100–25,000 pg/mL, II: 2–500 III: 3–750 Aldo: 20–5000 pg/mL), limit (0.8–5 high recoveries (93.0–111.3%), multiple recycling, superior those reported studies. Meanwhile, testing 20 clinical samples indicated effective could be used as biomarkers PA screening, proved feasibility enriching targets real prepared experiment provided reference design Aldo, LC-MS/MS idea greatly promoted development disease diagnosis expected further research.
