Abstract Light‐curing rapid prototyping (SLA) has become an emerging technology in the manufacturing industry because of its high precision, prototyping, and ability to mold complex parts. To enhance mechanical properties thermal stability raw material photosensitive resin (PR), carbon fiber (CF) was surface modified by chemical oxidation grafting amino silane (KH550) obtain KH550‐modified (ACF). Then, ACF composited with fiber/photosensitive (ACF/PR) composites. The viscosities ACF/PR composites, including viscosity, curing shrinkage, properties, were characterized. results showed that KH550 successfully grafted onto CF. When addition composites 0.6%, tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength reached 39.48 MPa, 20.32%, 13.62 kJ/m 2 , which 120%, 27.15%, 154% higher than pure resin; decomposition temperatures maximum 50% mass loss increased 457.66°C 442.44°C loss, is 3.95% 3.63% resin. Currently, have excellent toughness, stability. This paper gives a cost‐efficient method for improving functioning PR. Highlights Mixed acid modification CFs. Aromatic diisocyanates various diols enable printing rigid, cross‐linked parts, which offer high glass transition temperatures tunable thermomechanical performance. The judicious control molecular weight photo‐reactive telechelic oligomers allows for fundamental study influence cross‐link density in 3D PU printed objects. VPP AM produces objects with resolution, smooth surface finish, isotropic mechanical properties. Thermal post‐processing is critical maintaining excellent properties semi‐crystallinity as function density.
