Timely and efficient analysis of the fluorinated per- polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in an atmospheric environment is critical to environmental pollution traceability, early warnings, governance. Here, a portable, reliable, intelligent digital monitoring device for onsite real-time dynamic perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) proposed. The sensing mechanism attributed oxidase-like activity PtCoNPs@g-C3N4 that reversely regulated by surface modification PFOA-recognizable DNA aptamer, engineering PFOA-activated nanozyme (Apt-PtCoNPs@g-C3N4) combine nonfluorescence o-phenylenediamine (OPD) as dual-modality response system. present PFOA interacts with its aptamer dissociates from Apt-PtCoNPs@g-C3N4, restoring oxidize OPD into yellow fluorescence 2,3-diphenylaniline (DAP), thereby observing PFOA-triggered colorimetric well change. Then, hydrogel kit-programmed Apt-PtCoNPs@g-C3N4 + system used sensitive element incorporate this homemade portable device, automatically gathering processing image gray values our self-weaving software, ultimately realizing surrounding fluorochemical production plant. This work provides direction theoretical foundation designing screening devices cater other contaminants detection requirements.
