Background: Mycotoxins, which are secondary metabolites produced by fungi, prevalent in animal feed and pose a serious risk to the healthy growth of livestock poultry. Methods: This review aims conclude current knowledge on detrimental effects mycotoxins health demonstrate potential plant extracts as means counteract mycotoxin toxicity feed. A systematic literature was conducted identify studies impact poultry health, well research into use additives mitigate effects. Studies were selected based their relevance topic, data extracted regarding mechanisms action efficacy extracts. Results: Excessive can lead reduced appetite, impaired digestion, general issues animals, resulting decreased food intake, slowed weight gain, instances acute poisoning. Plant with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-mutagenic properties have shown improve production efficiency reduce toxic mycotoxins. Conclusion: comprehensive not only consolidates well-documented adverse but also introduces novel perspective highlighting promising natural solution toxicity.

Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most common chronic inflammatory autoimmune diseases. However, underlying molecular mechanisms its pathogenesis are unknown. This study aimed to identify biomarkers ferroptosis and pyroptosis in RA screen potential drugs. Methods: The RA-related differentially expressed genes (DEGs) GSE55235 were screened by R software intersected with gene libraries obtain ferroptosis-related (DEFRGs) pyroptosis-related (DEPRGs). We performed Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia Genome (KEGG), ClueGO, Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) analysis for DEFRGs DEPRGs validated them machine learning. microRNA/transcription factor (TF)-hub regulatory network was further constructed. key using GSE77298 validation set, cellular vitro experiments, immune infiltration CIBERSORT. Network pharmacology used find gene-targeting drugs, followed docking dynamics simulations analyze binding stability between small-molecule drugs large-molecule proteins. Results: Three hub (CASP8, PTGS2, JUN) via bioinformatics, (CASP8) obtained through diagnostic efficacy verified be excellent receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. phenotypes constructed fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS), caspase-8 detected as a biomarker RA, quercetin can reduce levels. Quercetin found target drug pharmacology, their simulations. Conclusion: Caspase-8 an important therapy targeting pyroptosis. Keywords: rheumatoid arthritis, ferroptosis, pyroptosis, caspase-8,
