Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are porous crystals that have high designability and great potential in designing, encapsulating, immobilizing nanozymes. COF nanozymes also attracted extensive attention analyte sensing detection because of their abundant active sites, enzyme-carrying capacity, significantly improved stability. In this paper, we classify into three types review characteristics advantages. Then, the synthesis methods these introduced, performances compared a list. Finally, applications environmental analysis, food medicine disease diagnosis, treatment reviewed. Furthermore, discuss application prospects challenges they face.

We fabricated phenanthroline-functionalized donor–acceptor covalent organic frameworks (Py-PD COF) and showed their roles in enhancing nanozymes’ activity. The Py-PD COF could be used as a robust colorimetric probe for detection of isoniazid.
