The increasing demand for improving pesticide utilization efficiency has prompted the development of sustainable, targeted, and stimuli-responsive delivery systems. Herein, a multi-stimuli-responsive nano/microcapsule bidirectional system loaded with pyraclostrobin (Pyr) is prepared through interfacial cross-linking from lignin-based Pickering emulsion template. During this process, methacrylated alkali lignin nanoparticles (LNPs) are utilized as stabilizers tunable oil–water (O/W) emulsion. Subsequently, thiol–ene radical reaction occurs acid-labile cross-linkers at interface, leading to formation nano/microcapsules (LNCs) various topological shapes. Through investigation polymerization process structure LNC, it was found that amphiphilicity-driven diffusion distribution cyclohexanone impact topology LNC. obtained Pyr@LNC exhibits high encapsulation efficiency, size, excellent UV shielding Pyr. Additionally, flexible shell enhances retention adhesion foliar surface. Furthermore, pH/laccase-responsive targeting against Botrytis disease, enabling intelligent release in vivo fungicidal activity shows efficacy 53% ± 2% 14 days postspraying, whereas effectiveness Pyr suspension concentrate only 29% 4%, acute toxicity zebrafish reduced by more than 9-fold compared technical. Moreover, confocal laser scanning microscopy LNCs can be bidirectionally translocated plants. Therefore, topology-regulated LNC great practical potential sustainable agriculture.

Pesticides can lose effectiveness and harm the environment due to factors like their chemical properties, weather conditions, how they are applied. This happen through drifting, bouncing, rolling, or leaching, which means pesticide does not reach its target pollutes air, water, soil. The controlled release system has good environmental responsiveness achieve precise quantitative release, only reduces demand for pesticides in crops further improves utilization but also amount of residues soil problem pollution. In addition, noncovalent interactions between carriers play a significant role systems. They significantly improve properties pesticides, themselves, increase drug loading capacity, enhance stability sensitivity stimulus-response. this paper, latest progress constructing based on (hydrophobic interactions, hydrogen bonding electrostatic supramolecular host–guest interactions) is summarized detail, provides foundation developing an ideal future.

Abstract BACKGROUND At present, it is vital to develop a stable and efficient pesticide delivery system optimize foliar utilization, which could improve control efficacy, enhance resistance adverse climates, prolong retention. In this study, reaction monomers methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) polycaprolactone diol (PCL) were used synthesize polymer network structure for loading the organic phase of pesticides in micron‐reactor, then shell was formed by sodium lignosulfonate (SL) didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DDAC) through electrostatic self‐assembly, resulting self‐assembled microcapsules loading, stability efficacy discussed. RESULTS Self‐assembled Pyr@MCs‐C Pyr@MCs‐V with cores different mechanical strength morphological characteristics are realized regulating ratio MDI PCL. Compared conventional microcapsule Pyr@MCs‐S, exhibit unruptured morphology dehydrated environment. Moreover, provide similar fungicidal activity as emulsifiable concentrate. Notably, washout property increased 3.20 3.51 times, respectively, ultraviolet (UV) resistances two 5.72 5.02 promote efficiency duration. Abstract Controlled release and nanotechnology techniques hold promising potential for propelling the pesticide industry toward goals of green revolution. This study introduces concept atom economy into multifunctionality controlled‐release formulations (CRFs) pesticides from both economic sustainable perspectives. In addition to their core function controlling active ingredient, carriers also provide additional benefits, including enhanced foliar adhesion translocation, nutritional function, synergistic bioactivity, safety nontarget organisms, crop stress alleviation, reduced soil leaching, remediation, fluorescence visualization. These functions are highlighted taken seriously. Through ingenious excogitation, multifunctional CRFs can achieve multiple objectives, enhancing input efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts. We tentatively blazed a trail by reviewing recent advances in perspective chemistry. Additionally, development implementation barriers were discussed, emphasizing necessity robust field trials comprehensive systems‐level efficacy/biosafety evaluations substantially boost technical readiness performance pesticides. Our goal is expand formulations, thereby accelerating global agrochemical products.

The development of novel, safe, and efficient pest disease control technologies for agricultural crops remains a pivotal area research. In this study, by combining ZIF-8 ZIF-90, water-stable, pH-responsive bilayer MOF nanoparticle (NP) named Z8@Z90 was created, tebuconazole (TEB) added to form T@Z8@Z90, used controlling peanut southern blight. loading efficiency TEB within the T@Z8@Z90 reached 26.15%, enabling rapid release in acidic environments triggered oxalic acid (OA) secreted Sclerotium rolfsii. vitro experiments showed that can regulate secretion S. rolfsii destroy its cell membrane structure. Additional revealed reduced sclerotial formation, decreased total protein content sclerotia, influenced their sensitivity pesticides, thereby mitigating risk reinfection Notably, exhibited translocation seedlings, being absorbed through roots transported leaves. At concentration 200 mg/L, high safety profiles seedling growth compared suspension. Moreover, is safer earthworms than SC.
