The key to realizing completed bionic tactile perception of human skin using electronic relies on simultaneously distinguishing dynamic and static stimuli restoring their characteristic information, which is realized by integration several individual sensors but remains certain limitations including large physical size high energy consumption. In this study, a piezoelectric-ultrasonic bimodal (PUVE) based in situ polarized PVDF-TrFE/2DBP composites thin-film transistor (TFT) array fabricated. incorporation 2DBP into the PVDF-TrFE film polarization approach provide excellent piezoelectric ultrasonic performances composites. PUVE has an ultrahigh sensitivity 3.2 mV kPa-1 over wide pressure (0-310 kPa) range, with spatial resolution (50 μm) response time (40 ms). Meanwhile, demonstrated outstanding repeatability bending stability 1500 cycles cyclic 4000 180° bending. integrated functions can respond individually ensure perceiving decoupling dynamical mechanical signals one single sensor. further TFT array, visualization function contacting objects information texture location. Thus, expected have range applications intelligent robots prostheses.

Pregnancy monitoring is always essential for pregnant women and fetuses. According to the report of WHO (World Health Organization), there were an estimated 287,000 maternal deaths worldwide in 2020. Regular hospital check-ups, although well established, are a burden because frequent travelling or hospitalization. Therefore, home-based, long-term, non-invasive health one hot research areas. In recent years, with development wearable sensors related data-processing technologies, pregnancy has become increasingly convenient. This article presents review on sensors, physiological data processing, artificial intelligence (AI) monitoring. The mainly focus signals such as electrocardiogram (ECG), uterine contraction (UC), fetal movement (FM), multimodal pregnancy-monitoring systems. processing involves transmission, pre-processing, application threshold-based AI-based algorithms. AI proves be powerful tool early detection, smart diagnosis, lifelong well-being this review, some improvements proposed future women. rollout wearables introduction have shown remarkable potential despite challenges accuracy, privacy, user compliance.
