Te-based halide perovskites as alternatives to Pb-based have received increasing attention due the advantages of nontoxicity and high stability. However, investigation utilizing realize a broadband photoresponse photodetector (PD) is still rare. Herein, Cs2TeI6 film developed used for achieving high-performance PD. Optoelectronic performance analysis shows that PD sensitive light in ultraviolet (265 nm) visible (570 region. The responsivity, specific detectivity, external quantum efficiency reached 48 mA/W, 4.8 × 1012 jones, 13% at 420 nm 12 1.2 5.64% 265 nm, respectively, under 4 V bias weak intensity. response time 9 ms/125 ms nm. Moreover, can operate consistently 500 cycles less loss after sixmonths atmospheric environment. This work verifies has good potential ultraviolet–visible detection.
