Abstract Hydrogel microrobots have blazed new avenues for local drug administration, while their values in inner ear delivery remain to be explored. Here, novel magnetic alpha‐lipoic acid (ALA)‐conjugated gelatin methacryloyl hydrogel are presented and deafness prevention. The with features of slow release, targeted movement, biosafety generated from microfluidic devices. After intratympanic injection, the can oriented middle cavity under a specific field. In addition, ALA released long time. Based on these advantages, practical value prevention is demonstrated by pre‐injecting them cisplatin‐deafened mice. Photonic crystals are a new class of optical microstructure materials characterized by dielectric constant that varies periodically with space and features photonic bandgap. Microneedle (MN) patches hold demonstrated prospects in intelligent wound management. Herein, inspired by the highly folded structure of insect wings, a three-dimensional (3D) origami MN patch with superfine miniature needle structures, microfluidic channels, and multiple functions was reported to detect biomarkers, release drugs controllably monitor motions facilitate healing.
