Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most severe form of cancer, characterized by loss estrogen, progesterone, and human epidermal growth factor receptors. It caused various genetic epigenetic factors, resulting in poor prognosis. Epigenetic changes, such as DNA methylation histone modification, are leading mechanisms responsible for TNBC progression metastasis. This review comprehensively covers subtypes their causes. Cancer immunotherapy is an innovative way of treating cancer by stimulating individual cells to overcome cancer. Abstract This study addresses the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges in malignant melanoma (MM) non-melanoma skin cancers (NMSC).
