Abstract Sweat is an important biofluid presents in the body since it regulates internal temperature, and relatively easy to access on skin unlike other biofluids contains several biomarkers that are also present blood. Although sweat sensing devices have recently displayed tremendous progress, most of emerging primarily focus sensor development, integration with electronics, wearability, data from vitro studies short‐term on‐body trials during exercise. To further advances technology, this review aims a comprehensive report approaches manage toward improved collection sensing. It begun by delineating secretion mechanism through skin, historical perspective sweat, followed detailed discussion mechanisms governing generation management skin. concluded presenting advanced applications sensing, supported robust, extended‐operation epidermal wearable aiming strengthen personalized healthcare monitoring systems.

In the late 2010s, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies became complementary to research areas of food science and nutrition. This review aims summarize these technological advances by systematically describing following: use AI in other fields (eg, engineering, pharmacy, medicine); history relation nutrition; currently used agricultural industries; some important applications such as immunity-boosting foods, dietary assessment, gut microbiome profile analysis, toxicity prediction ingredients. These are likely be great demand near future. can provide a starting point for brainstorming generating new nutrition that have yet imagined.
