Herein, a phthalocyanine-conjugated mesoporous silicate nanoparticle (PMSN) is designed for amplifying sonodynamic therapy (SDT) augment oxidative stress and induce robust in tumors. The sub-10 nm diameter structure c(RGDyC)-PEGylated modification enhance tumor targeting renal clearance. unique porous architecture PMSN doubles ROS yield enhances pyroptotic cell populations tumors (25.0%) via cavitation effect. PMSN-mediated SDT treatment efficiently reduces mass suppressed residual treated distant sites by synergizing with PD-L1 blockade (85.93% 77.09%, respectively). Furthermore, loading chemotherapeutic, doxorubicin, into intensifies SDT-pyroptotic effects increased efficacy.
