Organoids
are
three-dimensional
(3D)
miniature
structures

human
pluripotent
stem
cells
(hPSCs)
or
adult
(AdSCs)
derived
healthy
individuals

the
cellular
heterogeneity,
structure,
and
functions
of

allow

observation

(DBS)
has
emerged
as
a
revolutionary
treatment

Abstract
