Abstract Droplet evaporation plays crucial roles in biodiagnostics, microfabrication, and inkjet printing. Experimentally studying the evolution of a sessile droplet consisting two or more components needs sophisticated equipment to control vast parameter space affecting physical process. On other hand, non-axisymmetric nature problem, attributed compositional perturbations, introduces challenges numerical methods. In this work, problem is studied from new perspective. We analyze methanol through data-driven classification regression techniques. The models are trained using experimental data under various environmental humidity levels substrate temperatures. At higher levels, interfacial tension subsequently contact angle increase due water uptake into droplet. Therefore, different regimes observed adsorption–absorption possible condensation which turns single component binary system. machine learning techniques utilized estimate regime evaporation, time base diameter angle, level surrounding humidity. estimated by algorithms point-by-point analysis profile. Decision tree demonstrates better performance compared Naïve Bayes (NB) classifier. Additionally, humidity, as well algorithms. estimation results show promising for four cases conditions unseen model, demonstrating model’s capability capture complex physics underlying evolution.

Northwestern India has been identified as a significant hotspot of groundwater depletion, with major implications for sustainability caused by excessive abstraction. We know relatively little about the detailed spatial and temporal changes in storage this region, nor do we understand interplay factors controlling these changes. Groundwater managers policymakers require such information to monitor development make strategic decisions sustainable management groundwater. Here, characterise high-resolution spatio-temporal variability levels change across northwestern through analysis situ measurements historical level data. note slow gain + 0.58 ± 0.35 km3 pre-monsoon 0.40 post-monsoon period between 1974 2001. However, from 2002 2010, was rapidly depleted −32.30 0.34 −24.42 period. Importantly, observe marked heterogeneity distinct hotspots depletion lateral length scales tens kilometers. Spatial abstraction partially explains pattern, but also find that sedimentological aquifer system correlates broadly long-term patterns groundwater-level change. This correlation, along agreement water quality, provides framework anticipating future guiding monitoring domain-specific strategies.

The rise of antimicrobial resistance to antibiotics (AMR) as a healthcare crisis has led tremendous social and economic impact, whose damage poses significant threat future generations. Current treatments either are less effective or result in further acquired resistance. At the same time, several new discovery approaches expensive, slow, relatively poorly equipped for translation into clinical world. Therefore, use nanomaterials is presented suitable solution. In particular, this review discusses selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) one most promising therapeutic agents based nanoscale treat infections effectively. This work summarizes latest advances synthesis SeNPs their progress using traditional biogenic approaches. While physiochemical methods produce consistent nanostructures, along with shortened processing procedures potential functionalization designs, green represents quick, inexpensive, efficient, eco-friendly approach more promise tunability versatility. end, faces various obstacles, including uncertain vivo safety profiles mechanisms action unclear regulatory frameworks. Nonetheless, possessed by these metalloid other treating bacterial slowing down AMR crisis, worth exploring.

This study aimed to develop propolis and tea tree oil nanoemulsion loaded with clindamycin hydrochloride heal wound effectively. Nanoemulsion formulae were prepared characterized by droplet size analysis, zeta potential, viscosity, ex-vivo permeation, skin deposition. The optimal formula was evaluated in terms of morphology, cytotoxicity, in-vitro healing assay. Also, the efficacy in-vivo histopathological studies.
