The potential applications of plant extract and nanoparticles in antibacterial antioxidant studies have garnered significant interest recent times. Despite being utilized Ethiopian traditional medicine, Verbascum sinaiticum (qetetina) constituents its usage nanoparticle synthesis remain relatively unexplored. This study explores the for applications, with a focus on leaf extracts silver nanoparticles. was analyzed using LC-MS GC-MS found to contain over 70 compounds, including glycosides, phenolic flavonoids, fatty acids. synthesized had maximum absorbance 408 nm, size range 2–40 nm showed spherical shape. Using agar well diffusion method, were evaluated against Gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 2592, Streptococcus agalactia ATCC12386) Gram-negative bacteria (Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC19606, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC27853) bacterial strains. In terms effects, both displayed greater impact gram-positive strains gram-negative Additionally, tests lowest inhibitory bactericidal concentration indicated similar outcomes. Notably, exhibited activity compared alone. DPPH (2, 2-diphenylpicrylhydrazyl) assay conducted investigate activity. results that an IC50 value 143 μg/ml, while 216 indicating than
