Abstract Duranta erecta Linn. belongs to the Verbenaceae family and is primarily found in subtropical, tropical, temperate climates. The plant has been reported contain a variety of phytoconstituents, including iridoid glycosides, flavonoids, flavonoid alkaloids, phenolics, tannins, terpenoids, steroids, saponins. In this investigation, bioactivity-guided isolation was used isolate cyclooxygenases (COXs) lipoxygenase (LOX)-inhibiting compounds from leaves Duranterectoside A ( 1 ), lamiide 2 apigenin 4’,7-dimethyl ether 3 ) were identified employing spectroscopic methods (including ESI-MS, H-NMR, 13 C-NMR), by comparing with existing literature data. This first report metabolitrs D. inhibiting both LOX COX enzymes. Furthermore, isolated analyzed using computerized virtual screening, which enabled modelling ADME characteristics, molecular docking, dynamics simulation. results demonstrated that compound had greater docking scores than docked lead compounds. Overall, data study add our understanding pharmacological properties examined pave way for future research investigation inflammation drug discovery.
