Standardized neuropsychological assessments of older adults are important for both clinical diagnosis and biobehavioral research. Over decades, in-person testing has been the basis population normative values that rank cognitive performance by demographic status. Most recently, digital tools have enabled remote data collection measures, which offers significant promise to extend be more inclusive a larger cross section population. We developed Remote Characterization Module (RCM), using speech-to-text interface, as novel tool administer an at-home, 25-min screener mimics eight standardized measures. Forty cognitively healthy participants were recruited from longitudinal aging research cohort, they performed same measures memory, attention, verbal fluency set-shifting in in-clinic paper-and-pencil (PAP) at-home RCM versions. The results showed small differences, if any, how on versions five tasks. Critically, robust correlations between their PAP scores across support finding remote, can provide reliable assessment rapid screening adults' several key domains. implications screeners discussed.
