In this study, therefore, immunomodulatory modulatory effects of polysaccharides from bee collected pollen Chinese wolfberry (WBPPS) in cyclophosphamide (CTX)-treated mice were investigated. results showed that WBPPS could enhance thymus spleen indices promote production immune-related cytokines (IgA, TNF-α, TGF-β1 IL-10) serum CTX-treated mice. addition, significantly improve hepatic function oxidative stress via increasing levels GSH, SOD CAT decreasing ALT MDA. More importantly, remarkably increased relative abundances Family_XIII, Ruminococcaceae Saccharimonadaceae while decreased Tannerellaceae, Marinifilaceae Rikenellaceae, which closely associated with traits.
