Environmental detection, monitoring and controlling of pathogenic or harmful gases has become an utmost priority. They contribute to major public health problems such as respiratory diseases, cardiovascular dysfunction central nervous system (CNS) anomalies other diseases (cancer, bronchiolitis, asthma etc.). Also, they are associated with frightening global warming thus affecting the ambient environment. Therefore, there is urgent need control mitigate these gases. Notably, existing conventional gas sensors painstakingly very slow, labour capital intensive, invasive require specialized apparatuses human operate. A glowing develop cheap, fast, efficient, highly sensitive, portable less power usage a high degree reliability been on rise. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have extensively explored biosensors owing fact that tubular-nanosized materials excellent biocompatibility coupled large surface area, thermal, electrical, mechanical optical properties. Abstract The synthesized biochars derived from sawdust (SD) SD ozone (SDO) biochar, purified (PSD) and sonicated (SSD) which was employed in the confiscation of methylene blue (MB) dye ion, were characterized employing “Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Thermal gravimetrical analysis (TGA).” impact various factors, such as pH, biochar dosage, initial concentration, on MB sequestration, tested this study. It found that biosorption to dependent solution with optimum observed at pH 12 for all biochars. Pseudo-second-order (PSO), Freundlich (FRH)- (SDO SSD biochars), Langmuir (LNR)- (PSD biochar) models used best describe process Based LNR model fitting experimental data, sorption capacities obtained using SDO, SSD, PSD 200, 526, 769 mg/g, respectively. Electrostatic interaction hydrogen bonding played an important role mechanism between dye. Hence, these studied PSD, prepared cheap, easily accessible, biodegradable, non-hazardous agro-waste materials can be effectively removal, treatment, management well other industrial effluents before their disposal into environment.
