Abstract Biological lasers, representing innovative miniaturized laser technology, hold immense potential in the fields of biological imaging, detection, sensing, and medical treatment. Investigating effective fluorescence strategies for real-time monitoring of dipicolinic acid (DPA) is paramount importance in safeguarding human health. Herein, we present the design a desirable red-emissive carbon nanostructure anchoring molecularly imprinted Er-BTC MOF as biosensor visual determination DPA. DPA biomarker Bacillus anthracis, subcategory serious infectious diseases and bioweapons. We introduce paper test strip sensitized with aforementioned nanostructure, which integrated online UV excitation smartphone digital imaging, resulting signal-off sensing platform. The proposed fluorometric paper-based demonstrates wide linear ranges (10-125 μM) LOQ LOD 4.32 1.28 μM, respectively. designed platform exhibits impressive emission properties adaptable surface functional groups, confirm its selective capabilities against other biological molecules isomers. As proof concept, successfully applied to real samples tap water urine. This nano-biosensor, coupled signal recording, holds great promise state-of-the-art practical applications including fluorometric/colorimetric detection healthcare environmental monitoring, food safety analysis, point-of-care testing.
