Herein, the l-serine-functionalized metal–organic framework nanostructure is obtained via a simple two-step post-synthetic modification strategy. Interesting properties of serine, such as existence both acidic and basic groups, provide amphoteric active sites on UiO-66-NH2 that are not accessible through direct synthesis. In this sense, an excess amount 1,6 hexamethylene diisocyanate primarily used linker to allow conversion nucleophilic groups in isocyanate suitable electrophile group. l-serine reacted with generate corresponding urea derivative. SEM, TEM, nitrogen adsorption analyses confirm average particle size approximately 24 nm pore 6.68 within framework. Notably, synthesized nanomaterial exhibited high catalytic activity, stability, durability solvent-free procedures synthesizing diverse range 4H-pyrano[2,3-b] pyridine-3,6-dicarbonitriles octahydropyrimido [4,5 b][1,8]naphthyridine-7-carbonitriles. Moreover, catalyst was easily separated─indicating substantial decrease activity upon five consecutive runs reaction.

2,3-Dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one and tetrazole are a class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds that play an important role in drug design part many biological industrial compounds. In this study, aluminium-based ionic liquid grafted onto biochar surface (BC/[TESPMI]AlCl4) was synthesized used as catalyst for the synthesis series derivatives including 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones ethanol at reflux conditions tetrazoles PEG-400 110 °C. All products were obtained with good selectivity yield 90 to 97%. The thoroughly characterized using various techniques such thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), powder diffraction (PXRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), inductively coupled plasm (ICP), transmission (TEM), which confirmed successful chemical grafting. This methodology has several advantages, shorter reaction time, high product, recyclability catalyst. remained active five cycles.

Copper, an abundant metal on Earth, has re‐emerged as a suitable alternative to versatile Palladium‐catalyzed C–N coupling. Herein, new recoverable and reusable bifunctional catalyst was synthesized by combining ionic liquid linking Cu(II) the surface of Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles. New nanocatalyst (MNP@IAH@Cu‐IL) completely characterized using different techniques. Continuing, MNP@IAH@Cu‐IL applied in synthesis primary secondary amines via C(sp 2 )‐N coupling reaction successfully. This worked well anilines derivatives high yields excellent quality. Further, we described novel one‐pot process for unsymmetrical amine from two aryl(alkyl) halides. procedure shows attractive features such 100% atom economy, desired products under base‐free conditions, functional group tolerance, work‐up simplicity, recyclability.

Abstract In this research, a new and eco-friendly heterogeneous catalyst (ND@Tannicacid-Cu) was synthesized based on nanodiamond copper tannic acid via esterification process. The as-prepared characterized by Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), diffraction (XRD) methods. catalytic efficacy of the intended examined one-step three-component reaction 1,4-benzodiazepine derivatives from mixture ortho-phenylenediamine, aromatic aldehydes, dimedone under mild conditions. all instances, corresponding 2,4-benzodiazepines were with high efficiency, short time, straightforward work up procedure, no requirement for column-chromatography, cost-effective catalyst. easily recycled using fillers, it can be reused eight cycles without significantly diminishing its performance.
