Herein, we report a Cu(II)-catalyzed multi-component reaction for the facile synthesis of 1,3-naphthoxazines from amidines and ortho-quinone methides, which are in situ-generated 2-naphthols N, N-dimethylaminoethanol (DMEA). DMEA acts as unique efficient C1 synthon well solvent. A variety with diverse functional groups were provided moderate to excellent yields.

Versatile and concise Pd-catalyzed oxidative N-alkenylation of N-aryl phosphoramidates with alkenes is described in this study, a reaction that great significance but surprisingly unexploited. The transformation proceeds under mild conditions, using O2 as green oxidant TBAB an effective additive. An efficient catalytic system allows variety drug-related substrates to participate these transformations, which interest the drug discovery development phosphoramidates.
